POST 16: Oops! Eggshell bits in my eggs AGAIN!!!
How often does it happen that you crack open eggs into a bowl and find yourself fishing around for those annoying elusive bits of eggshells? They have a habit of hiding under the yolks and drive me nuts.
Easy! Pick them up with an empty eggshell half.
The first time I tried it, I couldn't believe how easily I removed them. For some reason they seem to have a mutual attraction, which is rather convenient…
Here's another tip...
Never wash your omelette pan. Once cool, wipe it off with a paper towel. If there is some stubborn residue then use a slightly damp paper towel.
Your non-stick pan will stay pristine forever and a day and the eggs will always turn out perfect.
